Standing rib roasts, whole tenderloins, crown roasts of pork or lamb, suckling pig. Wine pairings on request.

Order by · Tuesday of Holy Week

Spring lamb, Duroc ham, eight-rib racks. The cellar fills with lighter aging windows.
