The case, to carry out.
The butcher case, the fish counter and the pantry shelves, ordered through Toast and picked up from 96 South Street from noon.
Four steps, one stop.
Ordering is handled by Toast, the same system that runs the register, so what you see is what the counter sees.
Shop the counter
Butcher meat, seafood, charcuterie, cheese, dairy, produce, caviar, pantry and merchandise. What the case holds, the page holds.
Pick a time
Toast shows the times the counter can actually hit today. Ordering opens with the shop, from noon.
Cut and packed
Your order is pulled and wrapped by the same hands that work the case.
Collect on South Street
96 South Street, Oyster Bay. Come in and it will be waiting under your name.
Before you order.
Is the whole shop online?
Close to it: the butcher case, the fish counter, charcuterie, cheese, dairy, produce, caviar, the pantry shelves and the shop merchandise. A special cut or a whole-animal order still starts with a phone call.
Why does the page say ordering is closed?
Ordering runs with the shop, from noon. Outside those hours Toast shows the shelves but will not take the order. If the cart is shut and you need something, call us.
Do points count on a pickup order?
Yes. The rewards program earns a point for every dollar you spend, and the ordering page has a place to apply your account at checkout.
Something is wrong with my order. Who do I call?
Call the shop on (516) 273-6733. We would much rather sort it out with you directly than have you take it up with Toast.
A special cut, a whole-animal order or a holiday bird? Those start with the counter, not the cart. In the rewards program? Points apply on pickup orders too.
